1 ਅੰਕ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਉੱਤਰ 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਕੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਇੱਕ ਗੁੰਝਲਦਾਰ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2. ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਰਚਨਾ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਕੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਰਚਨਾ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਰਚਨਾ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3 , ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਰਚਨਾ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਰਚਨਾ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਣਾਵਟ , ਆਕਾਰ , ਰੂਪ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ।

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 4 , ਅਨਾਟਮੀ ( Anotmy ) ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ । 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਅਨਾਟਮੀ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਯੂਨਾਨੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੋੜ ਹੈ ' ana + tomy " ana ਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ ਉਪਰ ਅਤੇ tomy ਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ ਕਟਣਾ ਜਾਂ ਚੀਰ ਫਾੜ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 5 , ਚੀਰ ਫਾੜ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸੈੱਲ , ਟਿਸ਼ੂ , ਹੱਡੀਆਂ , ਦਿਲ , ਦਿਮਾਗ , ਫੇਫੜੇ , ਅੰਤੜੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਗਰ ਆਦਿ ॥ 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 6 , ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਰਚਨਾ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਰਚਨਾ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਸੈੱਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 7. ਟਿਸ਼ੂ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸੈਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਟਿਸ਼ੂ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 8 , ਸੈੱਲ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੀ ਛੋਟੀ - ਛੋਟੀ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਰਿਆਤਮਕ ਇਕਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਸੈੱਲ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 9 , ਅੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਟਿਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਗ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 10. ਅੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 11. ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਇਕਾਈ ਕੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸੱਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਇਕਾਈ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 12 , ਕੀ ਸੈੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਨੰਗੀ ਅੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਨੰਗੀ ਅੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ।

 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 13 , ਸੈੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਯੰਤਰ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸੈੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਖਮਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਯੰਤਰ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 14 . ਸੈੱਲ ਊਰਜਾ ਕਿਥੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸੈੱਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇਕੱਤਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਦੇ ਆਕਸੀਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਊਰਜਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 15. ਤੰਤੂਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਤ ਪਾਣੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਤੰਤੂਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 60 ਤੋਂ 80 % ਤੱਕ ਪਾਣੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 16. ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਤੱਤ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਤੰਤੂ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ , ਜਿਵੇਂ ਬੰਧਕ ਤੰਤੂ , ਚਮੜੀ ਤੰਤੂ , ਪਠੇ ਤੰਤੂ 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 17 ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਦੱਸੋ । 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸਾਹ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਲਹੂ ਗੇੜ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਮਾਸਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨਾੜੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਮਲ ਤਿਆਗ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 18. ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕੌਈ ਇੱਕ ਕੰਮ ਦੱਸੋ । 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਰੱਖੀਆਂ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 19. ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਦੱਸੇ । 

ਉੱਚ - ਲੰਮੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ , ਛੋਟੀਆ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ , ਚਪਟੀਆ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ , ਬੇਢੰਗੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ , ਤਿਲ੍ਹ ਰੂਪੀ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 20. ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਲ ਕਿੰਨੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ?

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 21 , ਜੋੜ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਜਿੱਥੇ ਦੋ ਜਾਂ ਦੋ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ , ਜੋੜ ਅਖਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 22 , ਜੋੜ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਕੰਮ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਜੋੜ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦਬਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਣ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਝੱਲਣ ਦੇ ਕਾਬਲ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ।

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 23. ਜੋੜ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਜੋੜ ਬਣਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ : ( 1 ) ਅਚੱਲ ਜੋੜ ( 2 ) ਚਲ ਜੋੜ ( 3 ) ਘੱਟ ਗਤੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੋੜੇ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 24. ਅਚੱਲ ਜੋੜ ਕੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜੋੜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਹਰਕਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਚੱਲ ਜੋੜ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸਨ 25. ਘੱਟ ਗਤੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੋੜ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਅਜਿਹੇ ਜੋੜ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਜੋੜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਪਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੋੜੀ ਹਰਕਤ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 26 . ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਜੀਵ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਏ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । 

2 ਅੰਕ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਉੱਤਰ 

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਸਰੀਰ ਰਚਨਾ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਰਚਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਤੰਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਣਾਵਟ , ਆਕਾਰ , ਰੂਪ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ । ਅਨਾਟਮੀ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਯੂਨਾਨੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੋੜ ਹੈ “ ana + formy Ana " ਤੇ ਭਾਵ ਉਪਰੋ ਅਤੇ tomy ਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ ਕੱਟਣਾ ਜਾਂ ਚੀਰ ਫਾੜ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਭਾਵ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੀ ਚੀਰ ਫਾੜ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਚਨਾ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸੱਲ , ਟਿਸ਼ , ਹੱਡੀਆਂ , ਦਿਲ , ਦਿਮਾਗ , ਫੇਫੜੇ , ਅੰਤੜੀਆਂ , ਜਿਗਰ ਆਦਿ ।

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2. ਸੈਲ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ?  

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸਿੱਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਇਕਾਈ ਹਨ । ਸੈੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੈੱਲ ਦੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੰਗੀ ਅੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖਮਦਰਸੀ ਯੰਤਰ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ । ਸੈੱਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਭੇਜਨ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕਤਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਦੇ ਆਕਸੀਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਊਰਜਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਊਰਜਾ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਦੀ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸਨ 3 . ਅੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? ਅੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਦੱਸੋ । 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਸੱਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਰੰਤੂ , ਤੰਤੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ - ਵੱਖ ਅੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੱਖ - ਵੱਖ ਅੰਗ ਇੱਕਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਸਧਾਰਨ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ - ਵੱਖ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਮੇਲ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਾਹ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਲਹੂ ਗੇੜ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਮਾਸ ਪੱਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਨਾੜੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਮਲ ਤਿਆਗ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਆਦਿ । ਇਹ ਅੰਗ ਆਪਣਾ - ਆਪਣਾ ਕੰਮ ਲੈਅ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਅੰਗ ਦੇ ਮਿਲਵਰਤਨ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ।

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 4. ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੀ ਕੰਮ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਹੈ । ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਕੋਮਲ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ , ਜਿਵੇਂ ਦਿਲ , ਫੇਫੜੇ , ਦਿਮਾਗ ਆਦਿ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 5. ਲੰਮੀਆ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰੋ । 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਇਸ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਲੱਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਚੱਲਣ - ਫਿਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦੱਦ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸਿਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਫਟ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 6. ਛੋਟੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰੋ ।
