ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਉਹ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੇਵਨ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪਣਾ ਦਿਮਾਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਗੁਆ ਬੈਠਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2. ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਨ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਹਾਰ , ਹਾਵ - ਭਾਵ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਸਖਸ਼ੀਅਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜੀਬ ਤਬਦੀਲੀਆਂ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ( 2 ) ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੁੱਧ - ਬੁੱਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3 , ਨਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੇ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਿਹੜੇ - ਕਿਹੜੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਕਾਰਨ , ( 2 ) ਪਰਿਵਾਰਿਕ ਕਾਰਨ , ( 3 ) ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ' ਚ ਦਿਖਾਵਾ , ( 4 ) ਮਿੱਤਰ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ , ( 5 ) ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 4. ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੇ ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਦਾ ਵਰਨਣ ਕਰੋ । 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਅੱਜ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਆਲਾ - ਦੁਆਲਾ , ਫ਼ਿਲਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਫਿਲਮਾਂਕਣ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਫ਼ਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਖਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਿਰਦਾਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਖ਼ਸੀਅਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 5. ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਪਰਿਵਾਰਿਕ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦ ਬੱਚਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ , ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਿਤਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਬੱਚੇ ' ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪੈਣਾ ਸੁਭਾਵਿਕ ਹੈ । ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾੜਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਵੀ ਬੱਚੇ ' ਤੇ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 6. ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾੜਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਨਸ਼ੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਖਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਨ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਚਨ ਪ੍ਰਨਾਲੀ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਰੋਗ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਵਰਗੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਲਹੂ ਦਬਾਅ ਵਧ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਸ - ਪੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਦਿਲ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਪੈਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਯਾਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਚਣ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਪੈਰ ਕੰਬਣ ਲੱਗ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹੋਲੀ - ਹੋਲੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੁੱਧ - ਬੁੱਧ ਖੋ ਬੈਠਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 7. ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ' ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ । ਅਕਸਰ ਉਹ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਾਈ - ਝਗੜਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 8. ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਹੋਣਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਹੋਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ - ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੇਕਰ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਭਰਿਆ ਰਵੱਈਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰੇਗਾ । ਸੋ , ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ , ਘਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਥਾਂ ' ਤੇ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਣੇ ਨਿੰਦਣਾ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਸਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਪਵੇ ।
