 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਸਪੋਰਟਸਮੈਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸਪੋਰਟਸਮੈਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈ ਉਹ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਰਗਤ ਉਹ ਖੇਡਾਂ , ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ , ਖੇਡ ਸਮਗਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡ ਮੈਦਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪਿਆਰ , ਮਿੱਤਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2. ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਰਾਜਦੂਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰੋ ।

 ਉੱਤਰ - ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਦੂਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦਾ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ , ਮਿਲਵਰਤਣ , ਸਹਿਯੋਗ , ਅਮਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਿੱਤਰਤਾ ਦਾ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੋਸਤੀ ਭਰੋ ਪੈਗਾਮ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3. ਇਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਸਪੋਰਟਸਮੈਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਟੀਮ ਲਈ ਕੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ?

ਉੱਤਰ - ਇਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਸਪੋਰਟਸਮੈਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਔਕੜਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ , ਚੰਗੀ ਖੇਡ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ , ਆਪਣੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ‘ ਬਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੁਟੀਨ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਉੱਚਾ ਉੱਠਣਾ , ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਬਣਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ।

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 4 , ਕੀ ਇੱਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਇਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ , ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨਮਈ , ਦੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ , ਲਿਆਕਾਰੀ , ਚਰਿੱਤਰਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਲਈ ਯਕੀਨਨ ਹੀ ਇਕ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 5. ਕੀ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਜਿੱਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਖੇਡੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਖੇਡਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਚੰਗਾ ਖੇਡਣ ਲਈ ਖੇਡੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਚੰਗੀ ਖੇਡ , ਵਧੀਆ ਖੇਡ ਕਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਇਰਾਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਭਾਗ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 6. ਕੀ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਏਕਤਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ?

ਉੱਤਰ - ਖੇਡ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕਿਰਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਧਰਮ , ਮਜ਼ਬ ਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ' ਤੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਧਰਮ , ਜਾਤ ਜਾਂ ਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਖੇਡ ਕਲਾ ਦੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਟੀਮ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਖ - ਵੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮੀਅਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ - ਵੱਖ ਰੀਤੀਆਂ , ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਰਸਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਲੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਏਕਤਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ।

 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 7 ਸਪੋਰਟਸਮੈਨ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹੜੇ - ਕਿਹੜੇ ਗੁਣ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਉਂਝ ਤਾਂ ਇਕ ਸਪੋਰਟਸਮੈਨ ਵਿਚ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਗੁਣ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ , ਪਰ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਪੰਜ ਗੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ - ( 1 ) ਸਹਿਣਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ ( Tolerance )

 ( 2 ) ਸ਼ਹਿਯੋਗ ( Co - operation ) 

( ੩ ) ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ( Discipline 

( 4 ) ਆਤਮ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ( Self - confidence )

 ( 5 ) ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਦਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ( Spirit of Responsibility ) 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 8. ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਦੋ ਗੁਣ ਦੱਸੋ , ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਚੰਗੇ ਸਪੋਰਟਸਮੈਨ ਬਣ ਸਕਣ ।

ਉੱਤਰ- ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਦੋ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਚੰਗੇ ਸਪੋਰਟਸਮੈਨ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ 

1. ਜੇਕਰ ਰੈਫਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਅੰਪਾਇਰ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਦੇਵੇ ਜੋ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਠੀਕ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨਾ ਕੱਸਣ । ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੈਫ਼ਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਅੰਪਾਇਰ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ । 2. ਜਿਸ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਪੱਖ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ , ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹਾਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਥਰ , ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਆਦਿ ਸੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਖੇਤ ਵਿਚ ਰੋਕ ਨਾ ਪਾਉਣ ।

 Q1. What is meant by sportsmanship? 

A. Sportsmanship is a feeling instilled in athletes and sports lovers that they respect sports, athletes, sporting goods and playgrounds. Through the progress of sports, they try to convey the message of love, friendship and harmony to other players. 

Question 2. Players are good ambassadors of the country. Explain.

 A. Players are ambassadors of the country. He conveys the message of respect, cooperation, co-operation, peace and friendship of his nation to other nations and brings messages of friendship from them to his countrymen.

 Question 3. What does a good sportsman do for his team?

A. A good sportsman takes his team out of trouble, encourages players, encourages them to play well, inspires his team to rise higher, become stronger and be faster.

 Question 4, Is a good player a good citizen of the country? 

A. A good player is healthy, disciplined, patriotic, competent, charismatic and hardworking. It is important to have all these qualities in a good citizen of a country. That is why a player is definitely a good citizen of the country. 

Q5. Are games played to win? 

A. Games are played not to win but to play well. Good sportsmanship, good sportsmanship and determination will definitely lead to success. 

Question 6. Does sports create national unity?

A. Sports is an activity in which one participates on the basis of religion, creed and category. No player is selected in the team on the basis of any particular religion, caste or class but on the basis of their sporting prowess. Players from different provinces and nationalities in the team try to create national unity by introducing each other to their different customs, social customs and languages.

 

Question 7 What qualities should a sportsman have? 

A. A sportsman should have many qualities, but he should have the following five qualities - (1) Tolerance.

 (2) Co-operation 

(2) Discipline 

(4) Self-confidence

 (5) Spirit of Responsibility 

Question 8. Name two qualities that can make the audience a good sportsman.

A. By adopting the following two qualities, spectators can become good sportsmen 

1. If the referee or umpire makes a decision that does not suit them, they should not raise their voices to express their displeasure. They should respect the decision of the referee or umpire. 2. If the team they are defending is losing, don't throw stones, bottles etc. in the field and stop them in the field.
