ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਤੰਤੂ ਕਿਸਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ? ਇਹ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸੈੱਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਤੋਂ ਤੰਤੂ ਬਣਦੇ ਹਨ । ਜਦੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਬਣਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੈੱਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ , ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੰਤੂ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤੰਤੂਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 60 % ਤੋਂ 90 % ਤੱਕ ਪਾਣੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਤੰਤੂ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਬੰਧਕ ਤੰਤੂ , ਚਮੜੀ ਤੰਤੂ , ਪੱਠੇ ਤੰਤੂ ਅਤੇ ਨਾੜੀ ਤੰਤੂ । 

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3. ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਦਿਉ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਹੈ । ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਕੋਮਲ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ , ਜਿਵੇਂ ਦਿਲ , ਫੇਫੜੇ , ਦਿਮਾਗ ਆਦਿ ।

 ਉੱਤਰ - ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਜੀਵ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ( HUMAN BIOLOGY ) ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ - ਵੱਖ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਏ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ । ਰੁਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੱਖ - ਵੱਖ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਦਿਲ , ਫੜੇ , ਅੰਤੜੀਆਂ , ਜਿਗਰ , ਮਾਸਪੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਆਦਿ ਦੇ ਆਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਰਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਣਾ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤਬਦੀਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । “ ਇਹ ਉਹ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਜਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ - ਵੱਖ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਾਹ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਮਲ ਤਿਆਗ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਨਾੜੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ , ਲਹੂ ਗੇੜ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਆਦਿ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਧੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ।

 A. Physiology is a branch of human biology that studies the changes caused by the various functions of the internal organs of the human body. In daily life, various physical activities are performed by a human being. These activities cause many changes in the organs and systems of the body such as increase in the size and ability of the heart, lungs, intestines, liver, muscles, etc. to function. The study of these changes is called physiology. "It is the science that deals with the study of changes in the body due to various functions of the human body such as the respiratory system, the excretory system, the nervous system, the circulatory system, etc."
