Answer - It means balance in one's behavior. This is an important aspect of health because according to this aspect a person does not allow the circumstances or mental stress to overwhelm him in different situations. A person who is always mentally healthy adapts himself to the situation and copes with all kinds of situations with his self-confidence.
Question 2. What is meant by social health?
Answer: A human being is a social creature. Every human being strives to establish a good identity in the society. A person's identity in society depends on his or her social relationships. He makes his mark in society with his actions and intellectual abilities. He strives to maintain his coordination by following the rules laid down by the society.
Q3. How do children develop good habits?
A. The child should work hard to adopt good habits at an early age as bad habits adversely affect the child's development. A teacher should not tell his student about his personal hygiene such as keeping his ears, teeth, hair and clothes clean. The child should be made aware of the importance of good habits.
Question 4. How can a child's physical deficiencies be examined?
A. Physical deficiencies in a child's physical development should not be overlooked but should be addressed in a timely manner. These deficiencies can be a barrier to a child's health in the future. Therefore a record of the child's health monitoring should be kept so that the children can face any problems in their health.

A. Answer-1. Balanced Diet - To create a healthy body, the daily diet must be balanced. If food is deficient in essential nutrients then health development will not be good. Nowadays fast food is also endangering health as children prefer fast food over balanced food. Fast food does not provide the nutrients our body needs. Therefore, it is very important for students to have a balanced daily diet.
2. Personal Hygiene - Students should provide information about their personal health in schools. They should be made health conscious. Sometimes small neglects can lead to serious illness. Students should be given full information about personal health such as hand washing before eating, bathing daily, wearing clean clothes, sitting in the right posture etc.
3. Regular Health Checkup - It is very important for children to have regular medical checkups for their proper growth and development. Children should be vaccinated to prevent future diseases. Parents of children should also be aware of their children's health.

Answer-1. Healthy Environment - Children should be provided a clean environment in school as a dirty environment has a detrimental effect on the health of the children. Children can play an important role in keeping the school environment clean. School administrators should plant green and shady trees within the school premises. Children should be encouraged to take care of flowers, plants or trees in the school.
2. Pure Air, Water and Light - Providing fresh air, water and proper lighting is also very important for creating a healthy environment. Dirty air can lead to many respiratory illnesses. Dirty water also has a deadly effect on health. If the shoot rooms do not have adequate ventilation or lighting, the health of the students will suffer. So, their management should be appropriate.

If a person has the knowledge of the functioning of the bodily organs, muscles and various bodily systems then he can keep his body healthy. With physical knowledge we can live a healthy life and complete our daily activities properly.
2. Health Related Instructions - Health related instructions play a very important role in maintaining the level of health. These guidelines can help a person develop good health habits such as taking care of personal health, taking care of their surroundings, eating a balanced diet, etc. Health guidelines help a person to lead a healthy life by developing good qualities.
3. Health Services - When we seek advice or get health care from a doctor or a qualified person due to any kind of illness or need, it is called health services. The level of health of the residents of any country or state depends on the health services provided by the government there. The more quality and quality health services the government provides to the people, the better treatment they can get.
