ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਗੁਸਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2. ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਬੀਮਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੀ ਕਰੋਗੇ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਬੀਮਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੋੜ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਕੋਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3. ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਕਦੋਂ - ਕਦੋਂ ਪੈ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਰਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰਖਿਅਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਪੈ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ।

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 4. ਕੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ । ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਸ਼ਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਉਪਰਾਲਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 5. ਕੀ ਹਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ । ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਅਣਥਕ , ਸਮਝਦਾਰ , ਫੁਰਤੀਲੇ , ਜੁਗਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 6. ਰੋਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਫਰਜ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 7. ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਕੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਰੋਗੀ ਜਾਂ ਫੱਟੜ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਣ ਬਚਾਉਣਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 8. ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਦੋ ਨਿਯਮ ਦੱਸੋ । 

ਉੱਤਰ - ( 1 ) ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰੋ । ( 2 ) ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਚੋਟ ਵੱਲ ਵੱਧ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 9. ਜੋ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਸੜਕ ' ਤੇ ਹੋਈ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਇੱਕਠੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਵੇ ॥ 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 10. ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਹੋਣ ' ਤੇ ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਕੀ ਕੰਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ?

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 12. ਬਣਾਉਟੀ ਸਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਢੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਲਿਖੋ ।
