(1) Exercise should be done every morning or evening. 

(2) Exercise should be done in an open and ventilated place. 

(3) When exercising, neither too loose nor too tight clothing should be worn. 

(4) Exercise should suit your body. Excessive exercise harms the body. 

(5) Exercise should be simple and easy. 

(6) Deep breathing exercises should be done. 

(7) Exercises should be done to remove the deformities of the body. 

(8) Exercise should not be done in case of illness or soon after recovery. 

(9) Exercise should be done before meals.

(10) Rest for a while after exercising. 

(11) After exercising, the body should be let loose and take long and deep breaths. 

(12) Get some rest after exercising. 

(13) A good balanced diet should be followed after exercise. 

(14) You should not take a bath immediately after exercising. 

(15) After some time of exercise, one should take a bath with fresh cold water. Yes, hot water can be used for bathing in winter.
