A. A rash is a condition in which the outer part of the skin is peeled off due to friction.


Q7. What is meant by cracked skin?

A. Sometimes a player's elbow, knee or sharp body parts collide during the game. The other player's skin is torn. This is called a skin rash.


Q8. What is meant by Punctured Wound?

A. A sharp wound can be caused by a sharp object, such as a fortified boot or a javelin, while playing.

Question 1. What is meant by abrasion? How is it treated?

A. Abrasion - Sometimes the outer part of the skin is peeled off by rubbing, which is called abrasion. Falling while playing causes friction, which peels off the outer skin and causes bleeding. There is a risk of infection due to dust and dirt on the rubbing area. To treat friction, the athlete's wound should be thoroughly cleaned and bandaged.

 

Question 2. What is meant by incision of the skin? How is it treated?

A. Incision of the skin Sometimes players collide with each other while playing which causes the skin of the other player to rupture when one elbow, knee or any sharp body part of the player collides. This type of injury is also caused to the player by hitting a solid object. In this type of injury, the skin of the player is cut and blood starts flowing from it. Sometimes the cut is so deep that the blood flows too fast. To treat this, the wound should be thoroughly cleaned and bandaged. In case of injury, it is important to seek medical help.



Question 3. How can a deep wound like injury occur during sports?

Answer - A deep wound Punctured Wound Injury is considered to be very serious. This injury is caused by a sharp or sharp object being hit during a game, such as the impact of a pair of boots or a javelin. This type of injury can lead to deep wounds and excessive bleeding. Question 1. What is meant by tension? Describe the symptoms and treatment of stress.

Answer - Strain - Strain is a muscle injury. Often this injury affects the heavy muscles of the body. This injury causes tension in the athlete's muscles, causing pain. As a result of which. There are a number of reasons for this injury to the athlete such as extreme fatigue, not warming up properly, putting too much pressure on the muscles or jumping when there is a tight spot.


Symptoms -

1) There is severe pain at the site of injury.

(2) The player has difficulty running.

 (3) Inflammation at the site of injury.

(4) The player's posture changes.


Treatment -

1) In case of injury, the player should be called off the field. He should lie down comfortably. (2) Ice should be rubbed on the injured area.

(3) On the third day, the first lukewarm water should be applied to the injured area. The action should be repeated for the next 24 hours.

(4) Light exercise should be done on the fourth day and the player should not play until the injury is completely healed.


 Question 2. What is meant by Dislocation of Bone? Describe its symptoms and examples.

Answer - Dislocation of Bone - The bone comes out of the joint due to excessive pressure or shock on the joint. The affected joint with this suite stops moving. So the player is unable to play. This injury is caused when the joint collides with another player while running on the field, collides with a pole or a table or falls over and over again.

        Symptom-1) The size of the joint changes.

(2) The injured limb loses mobility.

(3) There is a lot of pain at the site of the injury.

(4) Inflammation occurs on the joint. The skin turns red!

(5) The joint feels empty with the touch of a hand.

        Treatment-1) The player should be laid down immediately after the injury. The wound should be bandaged and covered with ice.

(2) The injured joint should not be shaken.

(3) An injury is caused by a strain on a joint. The fibers in it are pulled or broken.

(4) Inflammation of the joint, reddening of the skin, severity of the lesion cannot be detected without the help of a doctor.


Q3. What is meant by a fracture? Write down the symptoms and treatment of fractures.

A. A fracture is a fracture of a bone that breaks into two. A fracture is a very serious injury. Due to not using safety equipment on the playground or in the middle of a game. This injury may be due to the negligence of

Symptoms-1) The shape of the injured bone changes.

(2) There is severe pain at the site of the injury.

(3) When the bone is moved, there is a squeaking sound.

(4) The injured limb stops working.

        Treatment- (1) After the fracture of the bone, the injured bone of the athlete should be supported by tying it with wooden or iron planks.

(2) If there is bleeding at the site of injury, efforts should be made to stop the bleeding.

(3) The athlete should seek medical attention as soon as possible. So that the injury can be detected by measuring the location of the injury.

(4) The athlete should be treated according to the doctor's advice.


Question 4, Sports - What are the main causes of injuries?

Answer - Causes of injuries during sports - There can be many causes of injuries to players during the game. Here are some of the ones I found to be interesting:

        1. Lack of knowledge - The player starts playing without getting complete information about the rules of the game and sports equipment which leads to the fear of injury.

        2. Lack of proper ning - Proper ning is very important for good performance in the game. If a player starts playing without proper ning, his body may get injured due to lack of strength, speed and flexibility.

        3. Negligence - A little carelessness on the playground can cause injury.

        4. Reason for warming up the body properly - It is important to warm up the body according to the game before playing. So that the muscles of the player can withstand the pressure of the game properly. Accidents like muscle strain can occur if the athlete does not warm up his body properly.

        5. Inadequate playground - Sometimes the playground is not level. Injuries are more likely to be caused by holes in the playground or by scattering sharp objects such as glass, nails, etc.
