2. It is very important to take care of age and gender to do asanas. Children should not do too many difficult asanas that will affect the growth of their body. Girls should not do more peacocks as they put more pressure on the abdomen.
(3) Do not put too much pressure while doing asanas. The body should be in a stable, relaxed and comfortable position while doing asanas.
(4) The body should bend slowly while practicing asanas. It is not advisable to give a jolt while doing asanas.

(6) For heart diseases and pregnant women should not do difficult asanas.
